In a world that often pulls us in many directions, heart-centered growth is about finding our true north. It’s about returning to what matters most, listening to the gentle rhythm of our own heartbeat—a steady reminder of who we are at our core. For me, this journey began when I was just three years old, seated at a piano, learning to channel my energy and focus through music. Growing up, I faced unique challenges, from speech difficulties to ADHD and dyslexia, but I had a “village” of mentors who kept me grounded and encouraged me to grow. Their support shaped my passion for listening to life’s deeper rhythms, and now, I want to share that wisdom with you.
